Standard rate:
£750/week; or £700 for 6 nights; £650 for 5 nights; £600 for 4 nights; £550 for 3 nights

Discounted rate
• 20% 'couple's discount' - for a couple or a single guest who does not need the top floor bedrooms.
• £600/week; or £560 for 6 nights; £520 for 5 nights; £480 for 4 nights; £440 for 3 nights.

Rates and dates for summer 2025 are not available yet. If you would like to book, please email or WhatsApp with your preferred start and end dates. We'll 'pencil you in' and get in touch early 2025 when we launch the calendar.

Check-in and checkout times

Check-in from 4pm on first day; checkout by 10am on final day.

We will check that your dates are available, then issue an invoice with a payment link for:

• £100 deposit to reserve your holiday and the balance a month before your arrival date; or
• Payment-in-full if your holiday will start within a month.
